Dear Church family & Friends;
Just a quick note about Donna's MRI today as several folks have asked this evening.
It went better than expected. Donna HATES MRI machines! But, we are fortunate enough to have access to an 'Open MRI' here in town. Basically, this is a unit that is not as confining. It is like sitting under a coffee table instead of being placed in a tube.
Anyway, Donna must be getting used to them at this point. Why? Because she fell asleep inside of the machine this afternoon! Amazing considering the racket these machines make.
We will learn the results this coming Tuesday when we meet with Dr. Prince to discuss the findings. Please pray that they do not see any new growth. We feel confident that it should be OK since she is having almost no symptoms at this point in time. She is now 4 days past her last Chemo treatment for the month, and the fatigue has dropped dramatically!
I'll let ya know next week the results of the MRI when we find out. We continue to pray that the Lord's will to be done; 2.) That this cancer NEVER EVER reappear within Donna's body; 3.) That any side effects that she has are minimal if any; 4.) That this MRI is clear.
