Dear Church Family & Friends;
We have some good news for a change!
Dr Prince has been successful in draining fluid off of Donna's brain. He had increased her steroids and prescribed a 2nd drug for the swelling and this seems to be doing the trick. She is now able to respond to commands like squeeze my hand, and she recognizes people. He was very pleased with the progress that she has made in the last 24 hours. They are still planning to do her surgery Monday at 12:00 or so.
We will also be having the deacons come by the hospital today at about 4:30 for a time of prayer & laying of hands in accordance with the Bible. Our Pastor, along with several of the men from Shadowbrook will be able to attend this afternoon.
Again, our prayer is the Lord's will be done throughout this whole situation. Also, please remember my boys Frankie & Thomas as I don't think they fully understand all that is happening nor the implications of the situation. Also, please pray for me. Thank-you.
