Dear Church Family & Friends,
Here's the update for today…
We had a pretty good one today, and we can see the prayers working in Donna's arm & leg! This morning Donna was able to move her arm around very well and she was able to walk a little better with assistance. The doctor seems to feel that when she cannot move her arm & leg, that this could be during a low level seizure; and when she can move it, she is seizure free at that time. This is really odd to be around.
Her cousin Sal is in Atlanta on business and is over visiting as I write this note. For the folks at Shadowbrook, yes it’s the same Sal we all know that visits our Coed 4 Bible Study!
Also, the boys are doing very well through this whole ordeal. We are trying to keep them focused on school and their other activities at this point. Sarah (the family poodle) sits with Donna all day long and is her constant companion.
We are still very overwhelmed with all of the love and attention from everyone. Thank-you all for your phone calls, Emails and prayers.
I know the Lord will see us through this trial. I know this for He has told us in Jeremiah 29:11; For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
